Exquisite and Patriotic- C60 Trident Mens Watches
It is said only a watch is the type of gift that stays with you forever, ticking and ticking in your good and bad times. This is why I had decided to give my husband a wrist watch for his birthday. Together we have faced all our problems, the highs and the lows and to make him feel extremely special this year I decided to give him a Christopher Ward wrist watch.
There is a wide range of mens watches available these days making it tremendously difficult to settle on one perfect watch, all of them have their own special features and qualities but if I were to give my honest opinion, Christopher Ward appealed to me the most. To keep my options open I looked at Rolex, Tissot, Tag Huer, all of these produce master pieces no doubt in that but one has to consider his or her budget too. To a layman like me who does not have much knowledge about the technicalities of wrist watches all that matters is its design, usefulness, warranty and price. What I had in mind was to get a watch that would look classy and elegant on my husband’s wrist, it would make a statement about his taste and style. It’s not like buying ladies watches. He is very fond of things that have some kind of meaning and substance associated with them, things that represent something or are inspired by some event, occasion, history etc.
Secondly, since I wanted the watch to stay with him forever I needed a really good quality watch with durability and thirdly as a rational consumer I wanted to fit all my preferences in my budget constraint. Considering all my requirements only one watch seemed to beat the competition and win the race; Christopher Ward C60 Trident GMT. This watch was inspired by the most commonly loved and cherished Bremont Supermarine 500, it wasn’t possible for me to buy a super marine so my next best alternate was C60 Trident, I knew the moment I finalized this watch that my husband would fall head over heels in love with it and believe me I wasn’t wrong.
The design of the watch is very fascinating because it shares resemblance with the Bremont Supermarine and the illustrious Rolex GMT, the dial of the watch is made from steel and it is 42mm wide, not to forget that it is water resistant. The watch has a handsome leather strap along with a rotating GMT bezel and the interior of the watch is a Swiss ETA 2893-2 automatic GMT movement. What makes me love these swiss watches so much is exquisite look it gives, the patriotic color scheme reminding you of London and Britain every time you look at it. The C60 Trident is very reasonably priced at $630 with all the services it provides and the exquisite look it carries. When I presented my husband with the C60 he was dumbfounded by its beauty, a moment I would never forget.
